Me Solo,Stretching before a climb of Mt Rose with my friend Brandon Lee Pappas- we each painted (The Scrapyard) ON LARGE bolders to add weight for our climb up the mountain located at lake Cushman-Hoodsport-washington State.

I was Awarded both these metals at The Scrapyard 1 is for entering the shark tank against Vikking Warrior-the bottom one is for winning my fight against sifu Panda

It feels great to win awards doing what I love Doing...I go into each fight anticipating to loose so theres NO PRESSURE

I just go in to have a good time doing what I love.if I loose ..."no big deal!" If I win. .."All the better!"

FIGHT PREPARATION!!!

Before every match I Do my Warm up for the Fight....

Which consists of...

1) absolutely no food and more importantly

No fluids.

-the reason for this is...the fluid in your stomach off -sets your movement! You go RIGHT...IT GOES LEFT in your stomach.

2) I stretch listening to drowning pool [bodies] on repeat....

3) I close my eyes and have my corner slap me all over to make me desensitized to the feeling of being hit! After all... I'M ABOUT TO GET HIT ..AND ALOT HARDER!
